By purchasing a commission from me (the artist), you agree to be purchasing my services only. If you have a problem with any of the below conditions, they may be changed if discussed with me prior to paying for your commissioned piece.Please read the terms carefully:
All commissions must be paid in full upfront.
Payments are in USD.
I am currently only accepting payment through Paypal.
If I am well past the sketching phase, refunds will not be possible.
I reserve the right to cancel the order at any time for any reason and give a full refund.
I may not accept your commission order (if I feel uncomfortable/not confident).
I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
I reserve the right to stream and/or post the commissioned artwork online. If you would prefer it to be private, an additional fee of 20% will apply.
Prices are for noncommercial (personal) use only (contact me for commercial use).
You can display the commissioned piece in any way as long as it is up for noncommercial use.
You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.)
